The Problem With Every Other Home
Housing forces you to borrow the most money at the worst possible time — for a home larger than you need yet.
The conventional mortgage bundles land and structure into one 30-year debt. You borrow for rooms you won't use for a decade. You pay interest on a depreciating structure at the same rate as the land that's actually appreciating. The math has never made sense.
The US median home costs $420,000. At today's rates, you pay $891,574 over 30 years — more than double the purchase price, most of it interest. 75% of US households cannot afford it. The system isn't broken. It was designed this way.
Anyplace doesn't lower the price of a house. It eliminates the structural reasons a house is unaffordable — starting with the idea that you have to buy all your space at once.
A Different Model
Buy what you need now. Add when life changes.
One Anyplace module is a complete, livable, permanent home. Two modules is a full entry home. The same patent-protected geometry means every module you add connects identically — no construction delay, no crane.
All prices targeted, not contractual. Anchored on 1,983kg measured module weight and live Hydro North America 2026 pricing.
Why Aluminum
The material that makes the model possible.
98% recoverable
Measured across a completed 10-unit New Zealand production run. Not projected. At end of life, 98% of the module's 1,983kg returns to the aluminum supply chain as a hard floor value on your asset.
No rot. No pests. No remediation.
Aluminum doesn't absorb moisture, harbour mould, or provide a substrate for insects. A module after a flood event is power-washed, dried in hours, and reoccupied in 2–3 days. Timber cannot do that.
46 parts. One day. Two people.
The entire Anyplace module assembles from 46 unique parts using fewer than 10 standard tools. No crane. No specialist contractors. No site preparation beyond a level surface.
The Interior
A home that reconfigures without renovation.
The Anyplace Payload system is the interior of the module — modular, unfixed, height-adjustable, and fully recoverable. Kitchen adjusts from standard to wheelchair height in under one hour at zero structural cost. When the interior reaches end of use, it doesn't go to landfill — it goes to work somewhere else.
